3rd Announcement

Hi!
We wanted to let you know that the schedule for this years conference at the Hotel Hershey (June 15-18) is now completed and available on the CMBG website: www.cmbg.org. Take a look and you will see that there are going to be many really important presentations, workshops and breakout sessions. There is also now a page on the website to sign up for specific afternoon workshops and breakout sessions. Please go to the website and register for the conference/choose your afternoon sessions as soon as possible. Also, remember that you must reserve a hotel room (717-533-2171) by May 14th to get the conference rate. This rate is available for 3 days before and 3 days after the conference. If you have already registered, please go back to www.cmbg.org and choose your afternoon sessions, so we can match group and room size in advance. If you get to Hershey early enough on Sunday, we would love to have you join us for a fun 9 hole golf "tournament" at the Hotels executive course at 2PM. There is a small greens fee, and they have very reasonable rental clubs. Don't worry...we're just hackers, and we'll be done in plenty of time before the 6PM Sunday evening registration/reception.
