SUBJECT: Final Notice for June 2003 CMBG Conference

The 2003 CMBG conference, scheduled for June 15 to 18, is fast approaching!!!

If you're planning to attend and haven't registered and reserved your room, PLEASE do so ASAP.  Deadline for reserving rooms from our conference room block is Wednesday May 14th.  We have been informed that the hotel is filling fast.  Once our room block is used up, if other rooms are not available at the Hotel Hershey, the hotel will help you arrange for accommodations at a hotel close by.

If you are planning to bring members of your family to enjoy the "Hershey Experience", remember that they are most welcome at both of the evening meals on Monday and Tuesday.  Please let us know how many will be in your party for Monday and for Tuesday dinner so we can adequately plan the head count for each of those meals.  Also, if you have any special dietary needs, please let us know.

As mentioned in our previous announcements, we are planning an informal 9-hole golf tournament on Sunday (6/15) afternoon, prior to the start of the conference.  We will play on the Hotel's picturesque regulation course located right on the grounds.  Tee times will be around 2:30P.  We will play a scramble format with groups to be organized prior to play on Sunday.  The hotel has a limited supply of rental club sets. You should contact the hotel for club availability.  There will be prizes (and bragging rights) to be won!!!.
