Downtown Charlotte Map
The Charlotte Area Transit
System (CATS) is now offering transportation from the Charlotte/Douglas
International airport to the transportation center downtown – about two
blocks from the Marriott. It is a special bus line called
Sprinter. It’s not an express bus – it makes several stops - but
the journey takes only about 20 minutes. Cost is $1.50 (exact change only), see
article 1 and
schedule. From the airport, it is the "Tryon" stop, the hotel
is one and a half blocks west from the stop.
Driving Directions:
From the Airport - Take Billy Graham Parkway South to I-77. Follow
I-77 North. Off I-77, take exit 10 (Trade Street). At stop light
turn right onto Trade Street. Go 1 mile and hotel is on the left.
From I-85 - Take I-77 South. Take Exit 10B (Trade Street East).
Follow Trade St into city and hotel entrance is on the left.
Hotel does not provide shuttle service.
