Orlando, a city in central Florida, is home to more than a dozen theme parks. Chief among its claims to fame is Walt Disney World, comprised of parks like the Magic Kingdom and Epcot, as well as water parks. Another major destination, Universal Orlando, offers Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, with the Wizarding World of Harry Potter straddling both.
The conference registration fee is $550 (taxes and fees are not included), which includes daily breakfast, lunch, and refreshments. Conference registration will end June 21, 2026. The Wyndham Lake Buena Vista is located within easy walking distance to the Disney Springs area. There is an additional resort fee ($31.50 taxes included) that will be included on each room per night. The group rate will be honored before and/or after the event, subject to availability.
